For a unique way to celebrate a special occasion or just a night out with friends we have 3 private dining rooms that can accommodate 4-15 guests. Your guests will enjoy a specially prepared meal by our renowned chef, Rich Silvia. Our expert staff can assist in customizing a special menu as well as wine pairings. We would be happy to accommodate any preferred motifs as well as personalize the menu with a special message suitable for the occasion. Special Events

The White Horse Tavern has a long tradition of hosting functions. Since 1708 we have had the privilege of hosting meetings for the town council, General Assembly, and Criminal Court. To this day we proudly carry on the tradition. We have private rooms that can accommodate twenty to seventy guests. All rooms are available for reservation year round; in the winter months every room has its own wood burning fireplace.

For corporate functions, we have been a long time repeat venue for executives at G-Tech, Merrill Lynch, Pfizer, Bristol Meyers and A.G Edwards, as well as hosted the 2008 National Speakers Conference, Executive Committee dinner.

We also specialize in providing an elegant setting for rehearsal dinners, intimate wedding receptions, bridal showers, and baby showers.

Our “Pub” room is part of the original structure built in 1652. With a private bar and open space, it is the ideal setting for a cocktail party. We offer a unique menu of hot and cold Hors D’Oeuvres passed by our friendly and elegant service staff.

 We will work with you to customize a menu suitable for every occasion. Our staff will handle every detail from start to finish, including added personal touches that will make your event memorable for your guests.
